Larry-
Larry is my "original" rat. I bought him form a petstore when he was a baby, and I've had him for about a year now. He
is a 'solo' rat... he has been alone for so long that he doesn't get along with other rats, but he's my baby and I love him
anyhow. He can be quite squirmy at times, but once he's had his running around, he usually falls asleep in my lap. He also
likes to take naps in the hood of my sweatshirts. He is a very picky eater... he doesn't eat fruit or veggies... only sugar.
He LOVES yogies, but I've been offering them less because I want him to start eating healthier. He has been eating watermelon,
and his new favorite treats are greenies. He's such a silly little rat... but it cracks me up how different each of their
personalities are!

Casper-
Casper is a PEW I rescued from PETCO. Him and his brother, Shorty, were in 10-gallon cages that stunk because they hadn't
been cleaned in a long time. Their food had feces in it and they just looked very unhappy. So, I bought them both right then
and there, before I even had a place to keep them! So, I took them both into Wal-Mart with me (and my friend Rachael) and
we searched for a container big enough to make them a cage. The day after I brought Casper home, he got in a fight with one
of the other rats I was fostering while protecting his brother, Shorty. He had a huge hole in the back of his neck... but
he acted as if nothing had happened. He sat still while the vet poked and prodded at it, and he didn't mind me touching it
to put on medication. He is such a lovey boy, and he LOVES baths! He will just sit in the sink andlet me scrub him! He does
occasionally take off on me, but for the most part he is an angel. I am so glad I brought him home. :) :)

Shorty-
Shorty is Casper's brother. They are both PEW's, and he got his name because he is so much smaller than Casper. He enjoys
sitting on your shoulder and nibbling on your ear-lobes. He also likes to climb on your head and get tangled in your hair!
He is such a goof ball... he keeps me laughing. He came along when we brought Casper to the vet because I don't like to seperate
the two. The vet actually told us to keep them apart until Casper was healed... but I just couldn't. They had been through
too much together for me to seperate them. Once I brought them both home, that night I peeked into their cage and Shorty was
sleeping next to Casper with his head over his boo-boo. It was so sweet... it was like little brother protecting his big brother.
He's such a little sweetie with such a huge personality!
