If you are interested in adopting one or more rats from me, this form MUST be filled out. It is up to me whether or not you would be suitable to adopt one of my rats. Please be honest, If you have questions about this form, or adoption in general, please, PLEASE contact me.

If you are new to rats, please do your research. This may or may not prevent you from adopting one of my rats - but it is important to know about rats before you purchase one. I am more than willing to help you out! Also, visit the 'Links' page for awesome resourses.

I understand that none of these rats are to be used as feeders, and I agree to allow SCRR to contact my landlord/veterinarian at any time if necessary. I agree that this rat is to be returned to SCRR if for any reason I am unable to keep it. SCRR reserves the right to reject any application for whatever reason we deem fit.
